Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership roles within the restaurant industry (mandatory requirement). Experience in high-end or premium dining is a plus.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory requirement); knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is valued.
Nice to have
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with customers and the team.
Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and a highly professional attitude.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Remuneration: €1,950 gross per month.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, split shift, with three rotating days off.
Training and career progression within the Subenshi group.
The role
The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring a premium experience at all stages of service and for leading the floor team on a daily basis, in coordination with the Operations Management.
What you'll do
Coordinate daily floor operations and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Welcome and advise customers and manage reservations with rigor.
Lead, support, and motivate the team, ensuring operational and cultural alignment with Subenshi.
Ensure compliance with internal rules, procedures, and operational objectives defined by the Operations Management.
