What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Degree in Administration, Administrative Management, Agronomy, or similar.
Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in administrative positions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at a medium/high level.
Knowledge of database management.
English level B2.

Experience in an agricultural environment or the agri-food sector is valued.
Experience with ERP or other management tools is valued.

What you'll do

Provide administrative and operational support to the Plant Technical area, guaranteeing correct document management, data monitoring and analysis, and the coordination of key information for the smooth functioning of the area, contributing to the efficiency of the company's agricultural and technical processes.

Monitor plant shipments with the logistics dept. and notify destinations of plant arrivals.
Enter delivery notes and create orders in SAP
Monitor invoice payments to suppliers
Preparation of documentation for plant shipments
Communication with suppliers for shipments

How you'll work

Contract type: stable position.
Schedule: full-time.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00
Friday from 08:00 to 14:45
Start date: as soon as possible.
Location: Almonte (Huelva).
