The role

We are looking for a Quality and Food Safety Manager to lead the quality and food safety management system of a production plant in Cáceres.

Strategic position within a food sector company in Cáceres.
Key position with a direct impact on the company's strategy.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will join as Quality and Food Safety Manager, reporting directly to General Management. Their main responsibilities will be:

Lead and maintain the Quality and Food Safety Management System, including HACCP, traceability, allergen management, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate internal and external audits, food certifications, and action plans derived from non-conformities.
Act as the main interlocutor with customers, managing incidents, claims, audits, and quality requirements.
Manage the approval and monitoring of suppliers, as well as the technical documentation associated with raw materials and products.
Participate in the development of new products, validating processes, labeling, and technical requirements.
Supervise quality controls in the plant, external analyses, and good manufacturing practices.
Maintain the relationship with official bodies and guarantee compliance with current food regulations.
Lead and develop the quality team, promoting internal training and continuous improvement in collaboration with other areas of the company.
