Lead the development and evolution of the proprietary platform (SaaS).

Coordinate and professionalize a young team (7 junior developers).

Participate actively in development: architecture, code, best practices.

Introduce AI to automate and optimize key processes.

Report directly to the CEO and make key product decisions.
