Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Technical training in logistics, transport, or related fields
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in traffic operational environments
  • Basic knowledge of transport regulations and documentation
  • Proficiency in office tools and geolocation systems (GPS, TMS)
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage unforeseen events
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

An important group dedicated to offering transport services for the Pharmaceutical sector is looking for an experienced Traffic Operator for its headquarters in Almería.

What you'll do

  • Assign loads and routes to drivers according to logistical planning
  • Control the departure and arrival of vehicles, verifying schedules and documentation
  • Supervise compliance with itineraries and manage modifications in real time
  • Handle operational incidents: delays, traffic problems, delivery unforeseen events
  • Maintain communication with clients for shipment tracking
  • Verify transport documentation: delivery notes, CMR, route sheets
  • Coordinate with the workshop in case of preventive or corrective maintenance
  • Support the daily analysis of productivity and fleet performance
