Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (FP) at Middle or Higher Grade in a branch related to the sciences, preferably Chemistry, Biology, or similar.
Reside in the province of Teruel.
Hold a B driving license.
Availability for immediate start.
Ability to work in an organized manner and follow established technical procedures.

Nice to have

Experience in sampling work.
Knowledge or experience working under the ISO 17025 standard.
Training or knowledge related to sampling and quality control procedures.

The role

At SOCOTEC Spain, we are looking to hire a Sampling Technician for our team in Teruel.

The selected person will be responsible for performing sampling and in situ measurements, as well as recording and documenting the actions carried out, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and established quality standards.

We are looking for a person with training in the science branch, especially in areas such as Chemistry or Biology. No previous experience is necessary, as this is an opportunity to join a technical environment and develop knowledge in the field of sampling.

What you'll do

Perform sampling work following established procedures.
Carry out in situ measurements and checks.
Complete the documentation associated with each action.
Ensure the correct application of internal procedures and work protocols.
Ensure the correct identification, handling, and recording of the collected samples.

How you'll work

Location: Teruel.
Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 18:00 h.
- Friday, from 8:00 to 14:30 h.
A company van will be provided for travel.
Start date: as soon as possible.
