You will lead the Logistics Area, seeking maximum efficiency in procurement, purchasing, sales, and the logistical management of components, manufactured products, and trading products, as well as leading and driving those projects defined by the Industrial Management.

1.- Agree on the Area's projects and indicators with the Industrial Management, as well as monitor them, leading team meetings and the daily Kaizen of the Logistics Area, seeking logistical efficiency both in the company's production plants and in material movements with suppliers and customers.

2.- Coordinate the team of people, guaranteeing their training and proper performance, guiding the team toward the achievement of objectives.

3.- Guarantee the availability of the materials necessary to fulfill the production plan, monitoring supplier deliveries, anticipating possible delays and deviations, and coordinating the necessary actions to ensure compliance with established deadlines.

4.- Guarantee the correct functioning of the established procurement systems, as well as propose improvements to them by developing and implementing, in coordination with systems, work tools (stock management, distribution warehouse...etc.) that help simplify and standardize the development of the production team's functions, seeking continuous improvement and time optimization.

5.- Guarantee the correct functioning and efficiency of the warehouses and associated logistical processes, both internal and managed by third parties, ensuring the correct reception, storage, preparation, supply, and movement of materials, as well as the adequate coordination and monitoring of external logistics providers.

6.- Ensure the correct management of sales, monitoring the administrative tasks carried out by the team.

7.- Monitor customer forecasts through periodic meetings with the customer, detecting customer needs in the logistics and procurement fields.
