Consolidated experience in public grants consultancy.
Demonstrable experience in the justification of PERTE VEC files.
Solid knowledge of the public grant ecosystem aimed at the automotive sector, including its main programs, calls, and managing bodies.
Experience in document management, review of eligible costs, and preparation of technical and economic reports.
Ability to simultaneously manage projects of high complexity.
Excellent communication and client relations skills.
High level of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management tools.
Driver's license and having a personal vehicle is valued for conducting client visits.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Public Grants and R&D+i Consultant to join a consultancy specialized in the financing of innovation and development projects, with more than 25 years of experience and an international presence.

We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience, with a university degree in Engineering and a consolidated track record in public grants consultancy, especially in the management and justification of funded projects.

The selected person will join a specialized team and participate in the comprehensive management of high-impact grant files, with a special focus on the justification and monitoring of funded projects.

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of public grant files, from technical monitoring to administrative closure.
Leadership of technical-economic justification processes for funded projects.
Preparation, review, and validation of supporting documentation required by funding bodies.
Coordination of evidence collection with clients and internal teams.
Analysis of the eligibility of expenses and investments in accordance with the regulatory bases and applicable regulations.
Identification of non-compliance risks and proposal of corrective measures.
Main point of contact with clients, granting bodies, and auditing entities.
Coordination, development, and supervision of consultants with less experience, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables.
Monitoring of milestones, indicators, schedules, and obligations derived from the granted aid.
Participation in audits, requirements, and verification processes.
