What we're looking for

· More than 5 years of specific relevant experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or strategic/transformation consulting within the financial sector.

· Experience in banking, financial services, or specialized consulting in the financial sector.

· Experience in defining business capabilities, operating models, and organizational transformation.

· Participation in cross-functional programs with multiple areas and stakeholders.

· Ability to work both with business managers and with technology teams.
