We are looking for professionals with experience in on-site technical support, personalized service for executives, and incident resolution in corporate environments.

What you'll do

Provide on-site technical support to VIP users and senior management members.
Resolve incidents related to equipment, applications, and corporate tools.
Configure and maintain computers, devices, and peripherals.
Offer personalized service and incident follow-up.
Coordinate with other technical teams for the resolution of complex problems.
Guarantee fast and high-quality service to users.
