You will lead the technical development of applied R&D projects, from conceptualization to validation in real environments and their transfer to the market.
You will coordinate and energize multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaborative work and contributing to the professional development of people.
You will define and evolve the area's technological strategy, anticipating trends such as decarbonization, climate change or infrastructure digitalization.
You will identify and develop key alliances with universities, technology centers and industrial partners to strengthen the team's capabilities.
You will drive advanced technological solutions, integrating structural models, sensing, artificial intelligence and digitalization to improve infrastructure resilience.
