INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

• Prepare the analyses and plans associated with new opportunities in the international Roaming business (eSIM Travel, IoT solutions, connected car...), focusing on profitability and ensuring the strategic alignment of the Wholesale area of Telefónica España and the Telefónica Group.
• Participate in the development of contracts and offers associated with Roaming services, ensuring their correct implementation, as well as defining the monitoring model for the contractual conditions associated with them and in compliance with current regulations.
• Ensure the correct adoption and implementation of new technologies associated with Roaming services (LTE, 5G, VOLTE, NB, LTE-M), in coordination with the internal areas of the Telefónica Group that participate in their development.
• Lead and participate in GSMA International Forums, with the objective of promoting service developments and standards, prioritizing those of greatest interest to the Telefónica Group.
• Prepare the reporting and analyses required by the wholesale area for the development of the international Roaming market, ensuring the best data quality to guarantee optimal decision-making by the business.
• Identify new opportunities in projects related to the International area, promoting solutions with a focus on continuous improvement, coordinating the necessary activities with other team members or other affected areas.
• Professional experience in international environments, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or digital services.
• Experience performing presentations, negotiations, or project coordination in international environments, conducting regular activity in English.
• Participation in multidisciplinary projects with global teams.
• Experience in business development, product management, consulting, strategy, alliances, projects, or services related to telecommunications, technology, or connectivity.
• Experience in international roaming, IoT, eSIM, or wholesale services will be especially valued.

You will be part of the team responsible for the development of Telefónica España's international roaming services, driving strategic initiatives linked to eSIM Travel, IoT, Connected Car, and new mobile technologies. You will participate in global projects, collaborate with operators from all over the world, and represent Telefónica in some of the main international forums in the sector.

EDUCATION:

Essential:

• Engineering degree or similar.
• Fluent English (minimum C1), spoken and written. Ability to negotiate, present proposals, and participate in international forums in English.

Valuable:

• Master's in Telecommunications or postgraduate studies.
• Fluent knowledge of other languages (French, German)

Essential:

• Knowledge of the Telecommunications business and the mobile market.
• Ability to communicate and present in international environments.
• Availability to travel internationally.

Valuable:

• Knowledge of the Wholesale Market, with a focus on products and services associated with international Roaming.
• Knowledge of mobile Technologies (4G/5G SA, VoLTE) and IoT services (NB/LTE-M)
• Proficiency in data processing and management tools (Power BI, AI, etc.)
• Product Manager experience or skills in the international Telco sector.
• Participation in international projects.
• Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Ability for communication and transversal influence.
• Leadership and results orientation
