What will your mission be?

Lead the Franchises and Licenses strategy, driving business growth, identifying new commercial opportunities, and ensuring solid, coherent brand management across different markets.

What you'll do

How will you make an impact?

Define and drive the global Franchises and Licenses strategy.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, ensuring their profitability and proper execution.
Oversee the development of the franchise model and relationships with strategic partners.
Analyze e-commerce channel performance and identify data-driven improvement opportunities.
Lead projects related to new business lines, experiential retail, and brand spaces.
Coordinate initiatives with departments such as Brand, Commercial, Legal, Digital, and Finance.
Lead and develop the team.
Identify new opportunities that contribute to business growth.
