• Administrative management of the LMS: registering training courses, users, and basic monitoring.
• Admissions: contact with students for enrollment management and support during the registration process.
• FUNDAE: support in the technical management of training bonuses.
• Student support: resolving doubts and inquiries primarily via telephone.
• Salesforce: recording and tracking opportunities and commercial activities in the CRM.
• Financial administration: support in billing management and payments through SAP Business One (BO).
• Cross-functional administrative support according to needs.
