Technical Project Manager (North Zone)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for the North Zone, residing in the area is essential: Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, or La Rioja, who will be responsible for the design, preparation of documentation, and technical supervision of assigned projects. They will guarantee the correct execution of the works in accordance with the client's technical specifications, quality, safety, and environmental standards, as well as compliance with established deadlines and costs.

• Design, preparation of documentation, and site management of assigned electronic security and emergency public address projects.
• Plan installation works and monitor work progress.
• Manage coordination between contracting companies, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Verify the correct execution of the works in accordance with plans, technical specifications, and established procedures.
• Control the quality of the assemblies carried out and manage detected technical incidents.
• Guarantee compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports, certifications, and technical project documentation.
• Participate in coordination meetings with clients, suppliers, and project managers.
• Supervise functional tests and the commissioning of installations.
• Manage the documentation required by the client for the validation and acceptance of the works.
• Compliance with assigned execution deadlines.
• Compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Resource optimization and team coordination.
• Correct technical and administrative documentation of the works.
