Management, operation, and implementation of security tools in Microsoft 365: defender for office, purview, defender for endpoint.

Education

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Microsoft SC401, SC300, SC200 certification.

Technical knowledge

Analysis, design, and deployment of Security architectures with demonstrable experience in practical situations in diverse organizations, with special emphasis on:

Microsoft Defender for Office 365

Microsoft Azure information protection - Purview (DLP)

Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps

Microsoft Defender for Cloud

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Analysis, design of operations, and procedures for the treatment of use cases for the various Microsoft 365 security solutions.

Attention and updating of ticketing tools: Service Manager, Service now.

To perform the role, the skills that would best fit the team and the project would be:

In Telefónica's Security Cloud Services unit, we handle communication with major accounts on all topics related to the cybersecurity services offered by Telefónica Tech.

We transfer our clients' security issues to our operational groups to provide a tailored response that meets each client's needs.

We adapt the services provided by Telefónica Tech to client needs by developing dashboards and reports that allow CISOs and security managers to monitor the day-to-day of cybersecurity.

We advise client security departments on our services, experiences, and cross-cutting cybersecurity vision.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

Your mission will be the security of the systems and architecture of our clients' services and infrastructure on their cloud platforms.

Your day-to-day

Risk analysis of new technologies, security control management, and security platform testing on the Microsoft 365 platform

Evaluation of practical risks in requests and exceptions coming from technical areas and client users

Definition and establishment of mitigations, negotiation of compromises in the implementation of controls

Definition of operations, directives, and remediations for security services such as SOC for clients on the Microsoft 365 platform.

Risk analysis of new technologies, security control management, and Microsoft 365 security platform testing

Support for queries and assistance to the client's engineering and operations teams.
