Experience

More than 60 months of experience managing Palo Alto products.

Experience analyzing and understanding different network architectures.

Experience in administering Palo Alto Prisma solutions.

Desirable:

Other Palo Alto certifications.

Other technologies related to perimeter security (Fortinet, CheckPoint, Cisco, SonicWall, Sophos...)

Technical knowledge

Networking (Switching + Routing)

Advanced knowledge of networks, firewalls, and security protocols

Palo Alto Firewalls (NGFW, Panorama, Strata, etc.).

Advanced network architecture.

Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF

Cloud knowledge (Amazon, Azure,...) is valued

Authentication systems.

VPN SSL, IPSec.

Education

Required:

Higher vocational training or university degree

Paloalto certifications (PNCSA or current equivalents)

Required: Spanish

Required: English C1

Your mission will be the administration and evolution of Palo Alto Firewall solutions for clients.

Handling requests and incidents.

Management and optimization of cloud security solutions, Palo Alto Prisma

Management, administration, and supervision of the platform.

Analysis, monitoring, and management of security incidents

Carrying out knowledge transfers and training for the rest of the support team.

Coordinating escalations to the manufacturer.

Evaluating the deployment or changes of new policies.

Participation in incident response, collaborating with the team in charge.

Participating in technology migration projects between manufacturers.

Madrid or surrounding areas (hybrid model)
