The role

We are looking for a part-time Recruitment Administrator for our delegation located in Granollers.

Join us and help us transform the future of Human Resources.

What you'll do

Customer service: detection, advice, and definition of client needs in collaboration with the Sales Department.
Reception and management of orders.
Planning and execution of the selection process (job description, posting offers, databases, CV screening, interviews, references, reports, and closing).
Worker onboarding: position, company, conditions, documentation, and procedures.
Managing and resolving incidents.
Carrying out administrative procedures (registering workers in the system, requesting and registering documentation, completing labor forms, among others)

What do we expect from you?

Intermediate or Higher Degree in administration, currently in progress or completed.
Knowledge of Office 365, intermediate Excel level.
Knowledge of ATS and NET4 is valued.
Minimum of six months of experience is desirable.
Commitment to maintaining fluid communication with your colleagues and managers and to meeting established timelines.
Ability to start as soon as possible.
