Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years in similar positions.
  • Theoretical-practical knowledge of sales techniques. Broad general knowledge. Interpersonal skills, organization, and a service mindset.
  • Advanced user of office tools. Special interest in an advanced level of Excel
  • Intermediate level English

Nice to have

  • Intermediate or higher university degree preferably in the marketing specialty.

The role

What you'll do

  • Control and monitoring of contracts, checking of prices, clauses, and payment methods.
  • Management of signatures to complete and deliver contracts to the client.
  • Creates clients in EPS if necessary.
  • Provides the information and documentation necessary for the site installation layouts.
  • Will handle initial inquiries regarding the product and product documentation.
  • Performs monitoring, in coordination with the sales representatives of each area,
  • Will coordinate with the order support department
  • Monitoring of invoice payments.
  • Manages, requests, and reviews credit coverage
  • Will be responsible for preparing the necessary reports and reporting requested by their superior.
