What you'll get
Contract: Sick Leave Replacement.
Salary: approx. €22,000 gross/year
Monday to Thursday: 8:30–14:00 and 15:00–18:00
Friday: 8:30–15:00
Intensive working day from 01/07 to 31/08: 8:30–15:00 (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for an OHS Administrative Assistant for a sick leave replacement, to join us at our offices in Madrid.
What you'll do
Administrative support — Basic management of documentation and office tasks.
General management of OHS information — Updating and controlling preventive data.
Coordination and communication — Contact with workers and suppliers for area needs.
Internal collaboration — Support in department processes and activities.
Maintenance of records — Review and updating of lists and systems.
Requirements
Administrative training
Basic knowledge of OHS
Proficiency in office software tools.
Organizational skills
Communication skills
Availability for immediate start
