We are looking for teleoperators with experience in customer service for a call center located in Meco. 

The selected person will be responsible for handling calls (making and receiving calls), resolving incidents, and administrative tasks derived from the position. No sales are required. Experience using IT tools is necessary.

Requirements

- Availability for immediate start

- Availability to work M-F + total schedule flexibility

- Residence in Corredor del Henares and OWN VEHICLE

- Previous experience of at least a few months in a call center or customer service will be valued.

- Availability for a SPLIT SHIFT (10:00H - 14:00; 16:00-20:00H) is essential
