Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Must have a driver's license and own vehicle
  • Availability of hours
  • Basic experience in EXCEL, OFFICE.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Initial contract through a temporary agency with subsequent transition to the company
  • Part-time employment from M-F
  • Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (To be expanded to full-time in the future)
  • Salary according to collective agreement

The role

Currently, we are looking, for an important food sector company located in Marcilla (NAVARRA), for a RECEPTIONIST to perform the following functions:

What you'll do

  • Answer the telephone
  • Open the barrier
  • Notify the corresponding department that there is a delivery and with that:
  •  Indicate which dock to unload at
  • Stamp the delivery notes when the unloading is finished
  • Handle parcels if they arrive
  • Advanced Excel
