We are looking to bring a new colleague on board for our Labor Relations department.

Role objective: To carry out the various day-to-day tasks within the labor relations area.

What you'll do

Resolving queries and providing support to employees on labor matters
Managing the employee onboarding process
Handling TGSS travel notifications (obtaining A1 certificates)
Managing absenteeism: vacations, sick leave, paid time off, etc.
Managing work calendars
Processing movements in the Red System, DELTA, contracts, and SILTRA
Managing work-related and non-work-related incapacity (IT) and occupational accidents (AT), and liaising with the mutual insurance company.
Managing maternity and paternity leave
Coordinating administrative HR processes
Performing administrative tasks specific to the position.
