Pre-sales Technician. IT Infrastructures and public tenders
At Grupo Tier1, we are looking to hire someone to participate in the preparation of technical offers related to IT infrastructures, technological services, and public tenders.
The position focuses on analyzing technical requirements, reviewing tender specifications, searching for suitable solutions, preparing offer documentation, and coordinating the necessary information with internal teams and suppliers.

What you'll do
- Analyze technical requirements provided by the client, the commercial area, or public tender specifications.
- Review technical specifications and detect the documentation necessary to prepare each offer.
- Search for products, services, and technological solutions that fit the proposed needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for the offer.
- Propose technical alternatives when necessary, assessing their feasibility and suitability for the project.
- Coordinate information with suppliers, purchasing, the commercial area, and internal technical teams.
- Request technical and economic information from suppliers to complete proposals.
- Support the commercial team in the preparation and technical defense of offers.
- Collaborate in the definition of solutions related to IT infrastructures, networks, systems, software, licenses, and technological services.
- Keep the technical and cost information necessary for the preparation of budgets and offers up to date.
