Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales of IT services in managed services or infrastructure outsourcing
Knowledge of sectors such as public administration, financial services, telecommunications, or energy
Knowledge of public procurement processes and contracting portals
Mastery of preparing complex technical and economic proposals
Ability to interface with IT management levels
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar

Nice to have

Certifications in service and/or project management (ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
Familiarity with the AIOps paradigm and its application in managed services
Knowledge or experience with IT management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, CMDB management solutions).
Previous experience in MSPs, integrators, or technology outsourcing providers.
Experience in coordinating complex multi-level bids (transition, operation, transformation).
Experience in international projects and global delivery.
English level B2 or higher.

The role

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in managed services and IT infrastructure outsourcing to join our pre-sales team. The selected person will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing technical and economic proposals, and leading the full sales cycle for managed services opportunities around IT infrastructures, analyzing requirements from Private Clients and Public Administrations, both nationally and internationally.

This role requires autonomy, strategic vision, advanced consultative skills, and a deep understanding of managed services operating models.

What you'll do

Identification and qualification of business opportunities in new and existing clients
Autonomous preparation of proposals and responses to public and private tenders
Definition of managed services solutions for systems, storage, virtualization, communications, databases, middleware, cloud, and application operations environments.
Cost estimation, risk analysis, and identification of efficiencies for proposals
Support to the sales team during the negotiation and deal closing phases
Coordination with technical and delivery areas to ensure the feasibility of proposals
Design of end-to-end service models, including SLA, KPI, SLO, operational shifts, roles, and organizational charts.
Leadership of clarification workshops with clients and internal review sessions.
