What we're looking for

We are looking for a proactive person, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team, who will collaborate closely with the site team to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and the continuous improvement of processes.

Technical Architecture - Building Engineering or Civil Engineering (ITOP / Degree in Civil Engineering) or another related technical qualification.
Minimum experience of at least 3 years in site management within the construction/development sector.
Knowledge of project management software and planning tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams.
Ability to work under pressure, manage incidents, and propose effective solutions.
Geographical availability for relocation to one of our construction sites (Castellón)

The role

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are looking for a Building Site Manager to join our team in Vinaròs (Castellón), who is eager to grow professionally in a consolidated and dynamic company.

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the construction work, promoting safety to eliminate accident risks.
Strictly control deadlines, propose and implement corrective measures, and report monthly to the head office.
Manage the project budget, monitoring and reporting on the projected budget.
Lead the production team (foremen and in-house resources), positively influencing the achievement of objectives.
Ensure consistency between on-site reality and the information provided to clients.
Supervise the technical and economic hiring of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring budget, quality, and schedule compliance.
