We are currently present in 10 countries and develop digital solutions that help thousands of medical specialists boost their activity and millions of people find the healthcare they need.
We believe that finding the right specialist can change a person's life. That is why we continue to grow and are looking for people with a vocation for service, empathy, and customer orientation who want to contribute to improving the patient experience in an international, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.
Because you will have a direct impact on the patient experience during some of the most important moments of their healthcare journey.
As Patient Experience & Support, you will accompany patients in managing their medical appointments, resolve doubts, manage incidents, and provide them with the necessary support so that their experience is as simple, fast, and satisfying as possible.
This role goes beyond traditional customer service. You will be a point of reference for patients, helping them navigate their healthcare process and contributing to them receiving excellent care.
Your work will have a direct impact on patient satisfaction and on our mission to make healthcare more accessible through technology.
What you'll do
Attend to and accompany patients through different communication channels.
Manage requests, incidents, and medical appointment follow-ups in a close and decisive manner.
Guarantee an excellent experience in every interaction with the patient.
Coordinate and supervise the correct daily management of medical schedules and appointments.
Use internal tools and digital systems to perform process monitoring and updates.
Work with agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Collaborate closely with different internal teams to guarantee the best possible experience for both patients and specialists.
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the operational excellence of the service.
How you'll work
This opportunity arises initially as a temporary position to cover a replacement.
