What we're looking for

Degree in Naval, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
≥ 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical and/or electrical inspection/supervision in industrial or naval manufacturing/assembly.

The role

You will participate in the site supervision of the construction of four offshore converter platforms (BorWin 4, DolWin 4, BalWin 1 and BalWin 2), with main manufacturing in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Puerto Real, and a European supply chain. Your mission will be to ensure that manufacturing, assembly, and testing are executed in accordance with project requirements and internal procedures, acting as a second-party inspection team.

What you'll do

Establish the necessary means for site activities (workstation, on-site coordination; the project provides a desk/space). 100% site-based assistance (full-time).
Inspections according to ITP: 100% coverage of Witness/Hold Points and 25% of Monitoring/Review Points.
Surveillance of manufacturing and assembly; presence during installation, commissioning, and functional testing.

Escalate risks and incidents to the Technical Lead / Project Management.
Drive improvements and lessons learned; provide local knowledge of requirements and regulations (technical, commercial, safety, and specific German requirements: laws, regulations, technical assessments).
