Hiring process

We want to get to know you by teaching, not just by reading your CV. The process has three steps:

1. Profile review. In the application, you will answer some brief questions and send us a 1-minute introductory video. Record it with your phone, no complications: tell us who you are, your experience at Correos, and why you want to tutor others.

2. Validation contact. If your profile fits, we will contact you by call or in writing to resolve doubts, learn about your availability, and explain how we collaborate.

3. Trial class and interview. You will schedule your interview and, before the date, you will send us a recorded class of maximum 5 minutes on a piece of syllabus content or a commented resolution of several multiple-choice questions, using support material created by you.
