We are looking for a CSU Advisor to accompany future students during their admission and enrollment process, providing an exceptional service experience and contributing to the achievement of the institution's commercial objectives.
What you'll do
What will your mission be?🎯
Advise and accompany those interested in our academic offering, identifying their needs, resolving inquiries, and effectively managing the admission and enrollment process to contribute to the achievement of student recruitment goals.
✅ Manage and follow up with prospects interested in academic programs.
✅ Provide advice on programs, admissions, enrollment, and financing options.
✅ Manage commercial opportunities through calls, email, and CRM.
✅ Provide accompaniment throughout the entire process until enrollment is closed.
✅ Handle objections and guide candidates in decision-making.
✅ Execute commercial campaigns for student recruitment.
✅ Keep information and management updated in the CRM.
How you'll work

Monday 07:30 am - 5:30 pm - Tuesday to Thursday - 07:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 07:30 am - 4:00 pm)
