The role
At UNIR (Proeduca Group) we are looking for a Student Support Manager to join our Student Support team.
What you'll do
Personalized attention to students through multiple channels: telephone, email, and chat.
Manage and record all interactions in the CRM, ensuring efficient follow-up and excellent service.
Lead key procedures such as enrollments, document management, and incident resolution, ensuring a smooth experience for students.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve student satisfaction.
