We are currently looking for a temporary HR and ER Technician at one of our subsidiaries whose mission will be to support the business in various human resources processes: labor relations, recruitment, hiring, training and development, and employee care.
What you'll do

- Labor advisory to employees
- Coordination with the shared services center for personnel administration and payroll for the registration/deregistration/movements of people, and processing of payroll incidents.
- Preparing all types of labor-related communications such as changes in working hours, mobility, contract terminations, company certificates, etc.
- Execution of agreements, sanctions, terminations, etc.
- Processing and data analytics (personnel costs, KPIs...)
