Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 6 months of experience in in-person or commercial customer service
Driving license
Availability for occasional travel and during the training period
Reside in Pontevedra

Pay & benefits

The role

We are looking for people with experience in customer relations to join our Field Retention team, responsible for customer loyalty and retention for the Company.

What you'll do

The main duties of the position include the following:

Scheduled visits to customers who have requested cancellation
Advising customers with the aim of offering products and services tailored to their needs
Proposing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction
