We are expanding our team and selecting a Product Manager specialized in API product - API First, with extensive experience ensuring the continuous delivery of business-value Software, for a stable and permanent project, in one of the technology teams that Between has implemented at one of our main clients.

• Drive the product as far as possible and ensure that your team delivers value to the business.
• Manage and negotiate the roadmap with stakeholders for both internal initiatives and product demands.
• API Product (API definition): you will need to ensure its evolution can meet the current and future needs of the product.
• Extensive experience with products built from scratch as APIs, extensive experience working with the API → OpenAPI, Swagger, reading API contracts, ensuring backward compatibility, accustomed to multiple clients connecting to APIs with different use cases, analyzing how they use them, and making decisions to remain efficient.
• Ultimately responsible for the product backlog. Apply prioritization techniques and measure the impact of initiatives for their negotiation.
• Communicate and align scope changes on the roadmap with stakeholders.
• Environments with many dependencies and many consumers.
• Work alongside the development team to achieve the best solutions by conveying needs and resolving questions and blockers.
• Real experience defining products from scratch/firsthand (where you were not handed the work to do, not transcribing).
• Strong discovery work with stakeholders and users.
• In People, there are many entities to define (absence, absence types, etc.), as well as how it impacts each country. 
• Group together the different needs and experiences.
• Manage stakeholders + define the strategic roadmap + write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Very strong communication skills (data and real examples).
• Communicate with stakeholders across all areas related to the product, including the development team, to ensure goals are clear and the vision is aligned with strategic objectives.
• Help the team maintain that vision by creating a product roadmap, a strategic visual summary that describes the product vision and direction over time.
• Work with management as a stakeholder to create a product that adapts to its strategic objectives.
• Define product metrics and their use during the development process.
• Stay up to date with the Agile / Scrum working environment.
