Ensuring cross-functional change management, ensuring the adoption of new ways of working through implementation plans, team support, and resistance management.

Collaboration in defining roles, functions, and responsibilities, as well as in the governance of the defined operating models.

Support for the cultural transformation of the Organization, promoting habits of collaboration, transparency, and focus on value.

Consolidating the change driven, through cultural change management programs that ensure the sustainability and embedding of new ways of working.

Requirements

Requirements and key competencies:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.

Leadership and participation in organizational and transformation projects throughout the entire lifecycle (approach and proposal, planning, scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, implementation, and results measurement), using predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile and hybrid) methodologies.

Experience in defining organizational models, assigning functions and sizing, as well as in change management and supporting the adoption of new ways of working.

Team management and leadership, with the ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize cross-functional and multicultural teams; strong interpersonal skills and professional presence; teamwork and flexibility to handle reprioritization.

Experience in facilitating executive sessions, workshops, and collaboration dynamics.
