Organization Technician

• At least 5 years of experience in Organization projects (internal/external consulting), leading initiatives for diagnosis, design and implementation of organizational improvements.

• Experience in defining and reviewing organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, as well as

implementing

• Experience in defining, evolving, and deploying operating models (value chain, end-to-end processes, interfaces between areas, and coordination mechanisms).

• Experience in workforce sizing and capacity planning (activity metrics, load/capacity analysis, and/or Workforce Planning) and in change management to ensure adoption and sustainability. Ability to prepare executive reports and reporting to Management.

• Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector, especially in the economic-financial and investment areas (valuable).

• Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize cross-functional teams, with leadership without hierarchy.

• Analytical skills and results orientation.

• Interpersonal skills and professional presence.

• Organization and planning: ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and balance projects of different scope and complexity.

• Teamwork and flexibility to assume reprioritizations.

• Experience in capacity sizing and planning (activity metrics, load/capacity analysis, and/or Workforce Planning) and in change management to ensure adoption and

• Developing the approach proposal, carrying out the diagnosis, defining the work plan, and leading strategic Organization initiatives, acting as a consultant profile in organizational projects. The initiatives fall within three areas of action:

• Organizational Structure: ensuring the roles and functions of each area; periodically reviewing structures and functions, identifying improvement opportunities and opening strategic reflections at the executive level; defining the governance to channel requests for organizational changes; keeping the company's value chain and main processes up to date (alongside the Process Transformation team).
• Workforce Sizing: monitoring and updating activity metrics, ensuring the correct sizing of the company, and developing and maintaining Workforce Planning based on activity needs and capabilities.
• Culture: integrating the review of functions, the measurement of activity, and the active management of capabilities and knowledge as part of management; consolidating the change driven through cultural change management programs, ensuring adoption and sustainability.

• Participation in the development of cross-functional projects that involve/imply the review of an operating model or have organizational impacts.

• To do so, cross-functional interaction with all company areas and frequent communication with Directors will be necessary.

• Prepare executive reports and reporting in order to convey work plans and their progress (KPIs: evolution of structure and roles, sizing, efficiency and quality of management, among others).
