The role

The objective of the Department of Administration of Pension Funds and EPSVs is:

To manage the accounting and tax administration of 160 pension funds and 40 EPSVs, improving applications and processes, ensuring integrity, as well as improvements throughout the entire process.
To manage and improve the accounting data as well as its reporting (auditors, regulator, internal reports, etc.), implementing controls and adaptations to new internal and external requirements.
To actively participate in internal and cross-departmental projects at Vidacaixa.
To integrate data management and AI into daily operations to improve efficiency and

Job description:

What you'll do

Managing valuation applications and accounting for pension funds and their information system, being proactive in controls, improving the application from an accounting perspective, and following established controls.
Active collaboration in the department's transformation toward a much more data-driven approach, as well as in the quality of external reporting data, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in the department's processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Collaboration/management of departmental and interdepartmental projects, as well as collaboration with the Investment Valuation, Investment Administration, and Pension Fund Operations departments.
