Job description

Design of processes and cycles in the company's accounting cycle.

Implement new systems and procedures that improve the control of accounting data and the efficiency of execution.

Design and improvement of the first line of defense in the control of accounting information to ensure the traceability and integrity of accounting records.

Preparation of financial statements

Control of accounting under both local criteria and IFRS criteria

Preparation of information for the financial audit.

Preparation of financial reports for Management.

Implementation of Internal Control within the department as well as SCIIF controls

Participation and Leadership in cross-functional projects

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar.

Advanced level of office support tools: Excel (dynamic spreadsheets, macros).

Knowledge of database management.

Knowledge of the Insurance Sector, as well as the accounting principles in force therein (PCEA).

Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS17)

A good level of English is a plus (Advanced)

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Departments, Management Control, or similar.

Experience in the insurance or financial sector will be valued.

Experience in Big Four auditing will be valued.

Being a methodical and organized person in their daily work.

Ability to build relationships and work in a team. It will require interaction with different areas of the organization.

Descripción de la oferta

Diseño de procesos y circuitos en el ciclo contable de la compañía.

Implementar nuevos sistemas y procedimientos que mejoren el control del dato contable y la eficiencia de la ejecución.

Diseño y mejora de la primera línea de defensa en el control de la información contable que asegure la trazabilidad y la integridad de los registros contables.

Elaboración de los estados contables

Control de la contabilidad tanto en criterios locales como en criterios IFRS

Preparación de información para la auditoría financiera.

Elaboración de reports financieros para la Dirección.

Implementación del Control Interno dentro del departamento así como de los controles SCIIF

Participación y Liderazgo de proyectos transversales

Licenciado Economía, ADE, matemáticas o similar.

Nivel avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas de soporte para el trabajo: Excel (hojas dinámicas, macros).

Conocimientos en gestión de bases de datos.

Conocimientos del Sector Asegurador, así como de los principios contables vigentes en el mismo (PCEA),

Conocimientos en normativa contable internacional (IFRS17)

Valorable buen nivel de Inglés (Advanced)

Experiencia mínima de 4 años en Departamentos Financieros, Control de Gestión o similar.

Se valorará experiencia en sector asegurador o financiero.

Se valorará experiencia en Auditoría Big Four.

Ser una persona metódica y ordenada en su trabajo diario.

Capacidad de relación y de trabajo en equipo. Requerirá interacción con distintas áreas de la organización.
