What you'll do

Your mission will be to manage and follow up on recruitment processes, collaborating directly with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and with the requesting managers from the different areas of Actemium Spain.

You will participate in posting job offers, searching for profiles, CV screening, initial interviews, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up. You may also collaborate on other initiatives related to talent, employer branding, onboarding, training, or development.

🎯 Main responsibilities

Β· Prepare and post offers on authorized recruitment channels.

Β· Perform direct profile searching and sourcing actions.

Β· Review applications and perform CV screening according to the requirements of each position.

Β· Conduct initial interviews and prepare objective summaries of the candidates.
