What we're looking for
- Between 2-4 years of experience in roles focused on digital writing and conceptualization (Copywriter, Content Specialist, advanced Community Manager), preferably in an agency.
- You navigate perfectly through the codes, languages, trends, and current formats of each social network. Additionally, you move with total agility through publishing tools and the Google Workspace environment.
- You possess impeccable spelling and grammar. You have a natural talent for playing with language, conceptualizing from scratch, and creating original texts that give a new dimension to ideas.
- You have a very high level of English, both written and spoken.
- You combine the curiosity of an analytical profile with the mental structure of someone very organized. You are a methodical person and demonstrate the ability to plan your work in dynamic and changing environments.
- We are looking for a portfolio that inspires healthy envy, full of fresh, innovative ideas and high-impact creative executions.
Nice to have

- You have football and sports culture. You perfectly master the jargon, codes, and dynamics that move the community in ecosystems such as X and Twitch, as well as in phenomena like the Kings League.

The role
At We Are Social Madrid, we are looking for a Copywriter profile. A restless mind capable of conceptualizing brilliant ideas and giving them the exact twist so they connect genuinely with the people on the other side of the screen.
Social media is our natural habitat, so we are looking for someone who breathes trends, devours success stories, and enjoys spreading that curiosity and culture to the rest of the team.
What you'll do
- Ideation and creation of copy for the entire social ecosystem, modulating narratives and tone of voice to connect genuinely with the audience.
- Real-time copywriting to capitalize on "momentum." You must keep your radar active to lift the brand into trends and conversations with agility and wit.
- You will write scripts for videos and recurring formats, from dynamic street-style pieces to YouTube series or mini-documentaries.
- You will work side by side with Art Direction to think of big ideas, land campaign concepts, and develop high-impact special activations.
- You will prepare content calendars (post copy, in-image, in-video, text, blog posts, etc.) and perform the final review of pieces alongside the Art Direction team to guarantee visual and narrative excellence.
- You will adapt messages to the current legal framework, ensuring strict compliance with regulations in the gambling and gaming sector.
