We are looking to hire an Infrastructure Specialist / Systems Technician to work in our central offices located in the Puerto de Alcudia area, in the IT - Infrastructure Department.

• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows equipment and user peripherals.
• Diagnosis and resolution of connectivity problems in workstations and hotel networks.
• Installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of LAN and Wi-Fi networks: switches, access points, structured cabling, fiber optics, and network electronics.
• Participation in actions regarding GPON/ONT infrastructure and hotel connectivity.
• Support for devices and solutions used in hotel operations: PCs, POS, tablets, scanners, printers, readers, and other peripherals.
• Support in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and services related to identity and the workstation.
• Support in remote desktop environments and client/server applications.
• Installation, configuration, and diagnosis of corporate applications that have components in both workstations and servers.
• Coordination of interventions with external providers of communications, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Performance of on-site work at hotels: technical reviews, deployments, equipment replacement, and fault resolution.
• Documentation of configurations, procedures, and technical interventions.
• Management and monitoring of incidents and tasks through the corporate ticketing tool.
• Participation, when applicable, in the department's on-call system.
