The role

Within the ACCIONA Internship Program you will be part of a team that will involve you in projects from day one, you will be accompanied by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day to day of a global company.

At ACCIONA, we are looking for a final-year student with analytical capacity and communication skills to provide support at the intersection of the Human Resources projects team and the Workplace team, within the framework of the ACCIONA Campus project.

The selected person will be part of a team with high organizational impact, participating in cross-functional projects and interacting directly with different business areas.

What you'll do

Analysis of ACCIONA's organizational data for strategic decision-making
Preparation of corporate reporting for management
Research and benchmarking of market best organizational practices: projects, policies, tools, and industry trends
Liaising with the Human Resources teams of the businesses present in ACCIONA Campus
Support in the definition and implementation of the company's Human Resources projects
Active participation in the development of the ACCIONA Campus project

How you'll work

Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement with the university, while being in the final year of their degree.
Availability to complete a 6-month scholarship, with the option of part-time or full-time.
Immediate start.
