The role

At Housfy, we are looking to bring on a Property Manager for horizontal properties to join our offices in Barcelona.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of homeowners' communities, ensuring their proper functioning and providing quality service to clients.

What you'll do

  • Property management: Manage and provide comprehensive service for the assigned portfolio of communities, taking charge of resolving any issues that arise.
  • Client relations: Provide attention and advice to owners, board presidents, and vendors.
  • Meetings and assemblies: Prepare and follow up on homeowners' meetings, attending both regular and special sessions.
  • Financial management: Oversee the budgets and accounts of the communities.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all management activities comply with current legislation and applicable property regulations, as well as handling all necessary procedures with the relevant authorities. 

How you'll work

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM; Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a property manager. Profiles with experience in the property management sector, including prior work as an assistant or in support roles, will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of TAAF, Gesfincas, or similar software programs will be positively valued.
  • Native Catalan and Spanish.
  • Organized, proactive individual with a strong interest in client service.
