What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Property management: Manage and provide a comprehensive service for the assigned portfolio of communities, taking charge of resolving any issues.
  • Client relations: Customer service and advice for owners, board presidents, and suppliers.
  • Meetings and assemblies: Preparation and follow-up of homeowners' meetings. Attendance at ordinary and extraordinary meetings.
  • Financial management: Oversee the budgets and accounts of the communities.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all management activities comply with current legislation and applicable regulations in property matters, as well as handling the necessary procedures with the competent authorities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar.
