Requirements

-Higher Level Vocational Training - Administration and Management branch or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service

-Experience in the insurance sector is a plus

• User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During summer, an intensive workday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

An important insurance company is looking to hire an administrative assistant to cover a leave of absence.

Duties: Resolving requests, monitoring and resolving alerts to process policyholders' applications. Receiving alerts from the sales network and reviewing the applications and reports requested by them.

Schedule: Mon-Thu: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fri: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. From 15/06 to 15/09, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mon-Fri.

Salary: €9.93/hour

Meal allowance: €11.10 (on days when the intensive schedule is not in effect)

Immediate start, duration until the end of the leave.

Location: Calle Juan Gris, Barcelona.

-Formación Profesional de Grado Superior - Rama Administración y Gestión o equivalente

• Experiencia como mínimo de 1 año en atención al cliente

-Valorable experiencia en el sector asegurador

• Nivel usuario del paquete office
• Incorporación inmediata

• Horario: De lunes a jueves de 8 a 18:30h y viernes de 8:00 a 15:00h y en verano jornada intensiva de 08:00 a 15:00h de lunes a viernes.

Funciones: Resolución de peticiones, control y resolución de alertas para tramitar las solicitudes de los asegurados. Recibir las alertas de la red comercial y revisar las solicitudes informes solicitados por los mismos.

Horario: L-J: 8 a 18. V: 8 a 15 V. Desde el 15/06 hasta el 15/09 de 8h a 15h de L-V

Sueldo: 9,93€/h

Remuneración dietas: 11,10€ (los días que no se haga intensivo)

Incorporación inmediata, duración hasta fin de baja.
