Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Finance or similar.

B2 level of English, spoken and written.

Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).

Previous experience in administrative billing roles for at least 2 years, preferably with knowledge of SAP.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What you'll do

Management and processing of transport service invoicing from various providers.

Creation and monitoring of orders in SAP based on information received in data files.

Registration and updating of orders in control and monitoring tools (Excel).

Review of order status, goods receipts, and invoices to ensure correct management.

Validation and verification of invoices and self-invoices, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information.

Resolution of incidents and discrepancies in coordination with the Accounting department.

Management of claims and monitoring of invoices with providers.

Support to the team in administrative tasks, projects, and cross-functional activities of the department.
