What you'll get

Contract: temporary for a project of at least 6 months, with possibilities of extension if the project requires it.

Salary: between €27,000 and €30,000 gross per year.

The role

Leading multinational company in the scientific and technological sector, specializing in laboratory solutions, research, and services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Present internationally, they are looking to hire a Customer Service professional to join their offices in Cornellà de Llobregat.

The company, located in Cornellà de Llobregat, is looking to cover a project-based need for its Customer Service team.

What you'll do

The duties to be performed are:

Order management and follow-up

Customer service and incident resolution

Coordination with various internal departments.

Data entry and management in SAP

Administrative follow-up and commercial support.

How you'll work

Offices located in Cornellà de Llobregat.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:30.
