What you'll get

Stable project with a permanent contract
Fixed salary + variable with guarantee for the first year

Approximately 80% of the variable is guaranteed during the first year, which places the compensation from the start at around €27,000–€29,000 gross per year.

From the second year onwards, the variable will be linked to targets, with potential for increase.

The role

New professional opportunity in Ourense.

From Adecco Selección we are looking for a Regional Commercial Delegate to lead business development in the province of Ourense within a consolidated company in the leisure and entertainment sector.

This is a position with responsibility for the area, team management and a strong commercial component.

What will your mission be?

What you'll do

Develop business in the province, manage relationships with clients in the sector and coordinate the operation of the delegation and the centers managed in Ourense.

Main responsibilities;

Commercial development and acquisition of new clients in the province
Management and retention of the current portfolio
Team coordination and leadership
Supervision of incidents and delegation operations
Administrative management and relations with official bodies

Requirements

Profile we are looking for;

Experience in the commercial area (field sales and portfolio management)
Experience in team management
A person with initiative, resilience and results orientation
Residence in Ourense or nearby areas and knowledge of the region
Availability to travel throughout the province
