The role

Would you like to work as an Insurance Manager to provide support and advice to clients, from the Caixa Guissona office located in Lleida? The selected person will be part of the commercial team and will be responsible for promoting, selling, and managing insurance products related to banking activities.

What you'll do

- Advising clients on insurance matters.

- Detecting needs and offering personalized solutions.

- Market insurance products linked to financial services.

- Manage policies: registrations, modifications, and renewals.

- Perform portfolio monitoring and customer loyalty activities.

- Collaborate with the office team to achieve commercial objectives.

- Handle incidents and provide support in daily management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in insurance or banking (valuable)

- Training in the economic, insurance, or commercial field

- Certification as a level 2 or higher insurance distributor (or willingness to obtain it)

- Good level of Catalan and Spanish

- Commercial ability and customer orientation

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and management systems

- Knowledge of life insurance products

- Experience in banking environments or brokerages

- Organizational capacity and teamwork

- Residence in Lleida or surrounding areas
