Requirements

- Degree in Labor Relations / Social Graduate or equivalent training.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience performing the described functions.

- Proficiency in SILTRA and an intermediate level of Excel.

- Responsible profile, detail-oriented, with good organizational and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

- Experience with A3 Nom. is valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 to 15:00. Friday: 8:00 to 14:30. Two afternoons per week: 15:00 to 19:00.

- Intensive working day from July 1st to September 13th: 8:00 to 15:00.

- Salary €24,000 - €26,000 gross annual, depending on experience and skills.

-1 day of remote work per week.

At Grupo Adecco, we are collaborating with a renowned firm located in the center of Valencia, to incorporate a Social Graduate - Labor Management Technician into the team.

What you'll do

Job duties

- Full management of the labor cycle: registrations, terminations, variations, and contracts.

- Preparation of payroll, settlements, and social security.

- Processing of subsidies and administrative tasks linked to the labor area.

- Use of management tools such as A3 (highly valued), Sistema RED, SILTRA, and Excel.

- Resolution of incidents and support with technical inquiries.

- Up-to-date maintenance of labor information and associated documentation.
