The role

BCC RRHH and Contact Center is looking to incorporate into its Labor Administration team a person who guarantees the correct administration of the labor relationship of the Group's workers, ensuring compliance with labor and Social Security regulations, through the integral management of hiring, affiliation, personnel movements, absenteeism, benefits, contributions, and communications with the competent public bodies, contributing to the quality of service and the legal certainty of the processes.

What you'll do

What functions will you perform?

Labor administration: manage labor hiring, as well as registrations, terminations, extensions, and modifications of the personnel's labor situation, as well as the custody and filing of documentation.
Social Security and public bodies: carry out administrative management with the General Treasury, SEPE, and other public bodies.
Management of absenteeism and benefits, verifying compliance with applicable labor regulations in all administrative situations.
Employee assistance: resolve labor and administrative inquiries from employees.
Participate in continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.
